Our College Library is approved as a memebr of National Digital Library of India Club. National Digital Library of India Club (NDLI Club) is a promoter of career progression for students, job seekers, researchers and learners. Our Club conducts events to facilitate students to develop knowledge, skill and traits beyond regular curriculum which are essential for their progression in respective professional domain. The events are conducted either physically or virtually. Virtual events are web-based and are conducted through the NDLI Club portal.

Orientation on effective use of library resources is an awareness programme related to the print and online resources of library, which mainly includes the N-List resources. The programme was conducted on 2 nd September 2021,via google meet. The Programme was presided by Dr. G premkumar ,inaugural session was addressed by Sri.Cherian K George and key note address by Sri.M K.Rajan. A class related to the effective use of library resources was conducted by Smt.Varsha. K,UGC Librarian of Co-operative Arts and Science College,Madayi.
National Digital Library of India is a reservoir of academic materials. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including students and life long learners. Sri.Humayun Kabir P., Rtd.UGC Libraian of Govt.Brennen College,Thalassery was the resource person of the programme. It was an effective session to all NDLI registered students.

Smt. VARSHA K is UGC librarian of Co-operative Arts and Science College Madayi. She is a chemistry graduate from Krishna Menon Memorial Govt.Women’s College, Kannur, completed her postgraduation in Library and Information Science (MLISc) from Kannur university campus, Palayad, and qualified NET. She has attended a number of workshops, training programmes, short-term Training courses and seminars. She has conducted many college level programmes in the academic year 2021-2022.

January 2022; NDLI Club and its activities (National level and international level webinars).
Students and Members of the staff may borrow Books from the college Library. Books will be issued to the students as follow.

The college library will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on all working days. It will be opened upto 6 p.m. during the examination period.Absolute silence should be observed in the Library and reading room.All students of the college are members of theLibrary.Books shall be issued to them on production of borrowers cards which can be obtained from the Library.No members shall keep a book for more than a fort night.Absence from the college will not be a valid reason for delay in retuning books.The Librarian may recall a book at any time even when the normal period of loan is not over.Members shall not sub-lend the books of the library. On no accounts shall a member disfigure a library book. When a member receives a book from the library he / she shall satisfy himself / herself that the book is in good condition. If it is not, the matter should at once be brought to the notice of the Librarian. A fine of 1 rupee per day will be levied if a book is kept beyond a fortnight. If the date on which a book is to be returned happens to be a holiday, it shall be returned on the next working day. Any matter not covered by the forgoing rules shall be decided by the Principal.
